Wags to Whiskers Concierge Service Agreement
Effective date: March 28, 2025
1. Introduction
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wags to Whiskers Concierge ("Service Provider") and the pet owner ("Client"). By booking pet care services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
Wags to Whiskers Concierge offers professional pet-sitting and concierge services, including but not limited to:

In-home pet sitting

Drop-in visits (30 or 60 minute)

Overnights in your home with your pet from 8pm-6am

Dog walking or backyard play
-
Feeding and hydration
-
Medication administration (if applicable)
-
Litter box scoop and dog poo pick-up
-
Other customized pet care needs as agreed upon
3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by the Service Provider.

Clients must create an account on Time to Pet to schedule services.

A non-refundable deposit of $75 for Overnights is due at time of booking.

Full payment is due before or at the start of first scheduled service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments can be made via CC on file at Time to Pet.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before first scheduled service may be eligible for a credit for future use.

Last-minute cancellations 48 hours or less will be subject to a cancellation fee of price of service cancelled.

If Wags to Whiskers Concierge needs to cancel, a full refund or rescheduled service will be provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date pet information (health, vaccinations, behavior, dietary needs, etc.).

Supply all necessary pet care items (food, medications, leashes, harness, litter, etc.).

Ensure the home is accessible for scheduled visits (key/code entry provided securely).

Disclose any pet aggression, special needs, or potential risks.
6. Liability & Indemnification

Wags to Whiskers Concierge is insured and bonded but is not liable for any unforeseen illness, injury, or loss of the pet during service.

In case of pet illness or emergency, the Client authorizes the Wags to Whiskers to seek veterinary care and follow the directions of the Veterinary Release Form. The Client is responsible for all vet expenses.

The Client releases Wags to Whiskers Concierge from liability for property damage, theft, or accidents unless caused by gross negligence.
7. Emergency Care

The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client in an emergency.

If immediate action is needed, Wags to Whiskers Concierge will follow pre-arranged veterinary instructions or take the pet to the nearest vet.

Clients must provide an emergency contact in case of their delayed return.

In the event that the Service Provider is unable to perform services due to illness or emergency, the designated emergency contact will be notified to arrange alternative care.
8. Security & Privacy

All client keys, codes, and home access details will be handled securely and returned upon request.

Client information will remain confidential and used only for service purposes.

Client authorizes the use of pet pictures on website, social media and/or marketing material for promotional purposes.
9. Termination of Service

Wags to Whiskers Concierge reserves the right to terminate services due to pet aggression, unsafe conditions, non-payment, or Client misconduct.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By using Wags to Whiskers Concierge’s services, the Client agrees to these terms. The Client authorizes this agreement to serve as valid approval for all future reservations and services, eliminating the need for additional signed agreements.
11. Updates to Terms
Wags to Whiskers Concierge reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via their Time to Pet account or email. Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
